Making path for people you manage

Hi, You might work under many managers, you might be influence by many qualities of your managers.A good manager is one who not only grow team, help company but also who can make path for his team members. Most manager ignore this and try not to change structure as much as possible. This can help in delivering task on time but can increase frustration among team member.   Making path does not mean to promote every one every year but working on what he/she can do or understanding potential of any employee and utilize it or helping employee in their shortcomings.  Making proper path is only possible if you have a good team, avoid over hiring/firing, understanding what your team can achieve over a period of time.      Thanks Netsuite Guru     Download Netsuite Guru Android App Follow us on Linkedin Our FB Page

How to Make plan that works?

Hi All, I am getting many comments regarding planing what works. Although I am not expert but here is what I found as perfect strategy. 1. Set Goals :           Always set your goal while planning.  2. Develop commitment:          Everyone who is involved should be committed toward that goal. 3. Develop Effective action plans:          Once you have goal and commitment, develop action plans. If more than one person are there, divide action plans. 4. Track progress towards goal achievement:          Track your (or team’s) progress at certain period of time or based on goal. You can even create milestones for the goal. 5. Maintain flexibility:          There will be always some challenges in achieving the goal, be flexible in revisiting or discussing plans again. Using these five points, you can either revise your existing plans or you can even use this for new plan also.  Please share your thoughts in comment below.  Thanks Netsuite Guru Download Netsuite Guru Android App Follow

4 ways to deploy from sandbox to production

This solution can be anything like customization, scripts, workflows, custom objects, custom fields, custom scripts, saved search, report etc.  Do you know how many ways you can deploy from sandbox to production? 1.
