Netsuite's Campaign

Hi All,

Netsuite's Campaign record is used for marketing purpose, this record is use to manage all the information that is important for marketing.

To create Campaign Record:

Go to Lists > Marketing > Marketing Campaigns > New

 We can add Events, Emails ?lead Nurturing etc can be managed here

Scheduling Campaign Events                     

To schedule a campaign event:

  1. On the campaign record, click the Events subtab.
   2. Enter Events or other events and specificy date with other details. Netsuite will send email on specified date.

Good to Know:
1. By default, NetSuite includes Direct Mail, Email, Phone, Print Ad, and Misc as channel..
2. To create new campaign channels, go to Setup > Marketing > Campaign Management > Channels.

3. Only customers who have not unsubscribed to your marketing campaigns can receive marketing 
        email. Every email message you send includes an "Unsubscribe" link your customers can click to
        automatically unsubscribe to your email marketing campaigns.
4. With email campaign events, NetSuite automatically deletes duplicate messages to ensure that each email address receives only one copy of your campaign mailing.
