Hi All, In this post we are going discuss about Note Type CRM List. Under communication, we usually see a Tab User Notes which contains Note record. This note record is used to attach a note to particular record.  To differentiate between different type of notes Netsuite uses Note Type. There are multiple CRM list , Note Type is one of them. Please refer image below: This type defines a list of values that are used by the note record to set the type of note. To create/access CRM List, go to Setup > Sales > Setup Tasks > CRM Lists > New > Note Type. The internal ID for this record is notetype .
