Can we merge Template for Project and Milestone? Email Template is not working for Project and Milestones.

Hi All,

I was working on Project Management in Netsuite and found that we can not Merge Email template for Projects and MileStone.

Without this functionality it was hard to properly merge record's data into Email Template.

I follow the Keyword approach and assign a unique keyword which I think will not come in any Text/Paragraph in Template.

Example : I used ++SONUMBER++  for Replacing ++SONUMBER++ with Sales Order Number.

I found this approach best for my project and added many keywords.

Later I replace all with respective data using replace api of java script.

Some times in netsuite we have to search for these kind of weird ideas to make project run.

I always believe that netsuite is fully customizable platform and ANYTHING and EVERYTHING is POSSIBLE in NETSUITE .

Please share you view or though about this.
