Did you write a User Event script but that script is not triggering on CSV import?

Hi All,

During my initial days of learning I got this issue, and luckily my seniors were there to let me know, but very few people know why this issue happens.

So Developer write a user event script , it works well in all conditions but not working on import.
He checked every thing in script but event is not triggering at all so debug also do not have any value.

Solution is very simple,
Under CSV Import Preference , there is a checkbox "Run Server SuiteScript and Trigger Workflows" check this checkbox and after that user event and triggers will work great.

Or Vise Versa , if you want to skip any custom validations and want to import records then uncheck this checkbox and then do CSV Import. Later after completion of job check that checkbox again.
