Netsuite Tutorials : How to Send Email with Your Nick Name , and Signature and All Email should go from one email id in Netsuite ?

Hi All,

When we send email using Email templates or from saved search then Email id used is actually Email id using which you logged in or sender's email id which you entered.
Do you know that you can set Name , Signature and even send all email using on email id and people an reply to that?
What to know how?

Let me tell you . In Netsuite , there is a preference which do all these things .
Go to Home -> Set Preference ->  General.
There is one Group Name User Profile , under this there are 4 fields
1. Nick Name
2. From Email Address
3. Signature
4. Add Signature to Message

1. Nick Name : Enter the name that you want to appear in the From field of email messages you send from NetSuite. 
2. From Email Address: Enter the email address you want to use as the From address for email you send through the system.
3. Signature: Enter a signature (in HTML markup) you want to appear at the end of email you send from NetSuite.
4. Add Signature to Message: Check this box if you want to add your signature to all outgoing plain text fax and email messages.We can access this in Scriptable template also using {preferences.MESSAGE_SIGNATURE} and inside script also.
