Do Not Set password for any user as an Administrator?

Hi All,

Netsuite changed the URL for Sandbox login,  users can use production URL login to into Sandbox also.
On top right corner you can see all roles includes Sandbox as well as production URL.
If you have more than one Sandbox then they will also come in list.

Since Netsuite recent update , there are many issues are coming day by day. Netsuite support are working hard to fix issues but it is causing issues for users.

We notice below Errors since Update:
1. For many roles, Address access is needed but they removed address from Role Creation. This is causing issues for users through UI and through Integration. This cause extra work for admin as for Administrator this is not an issue. For Integration, if possible give Administrator access for now or try by giving token.

2. While saving Transfer Order, error comes for "customForm". This is known issue and Netsuite support is working on solving this issue.

3. As Netsuite moved sandbox to production url , now Administrator set password for any user cause issue with Production Password.  Ask users to reset their password using reset password or using forgot password if not sure.
