How to see all Support tickets created in Netsuite Help Center?

Hi All,

Netsuite provide , email and call support , if something goes wrong in Netsuite. User usually open ticket and get email every time they want to reply with more details,
However if you want to add more details, or if you want to see list of cases you open , you might not be able to find it.
To view all cases list follow below Steps:
1. Go to Support > Support Overview.
2. Check Top Left corner where you will be able to see SUPPORT text.
3. Under Support you might be able to see all cases.
4. If you see message Saying "Not Enough Permissions" then please contact Netsuite Support to give you permissions to view all you support cases.




You can also keep all links or emails and click on link to track status.
