How to store a reference to Any form with each record created by you in Netsuite?

Hi All,

Based on requirement some times you need different form for different purpose, like you might need one for routing to Cash Sale from Sales Order and another to Invoice.
Now question is how you can make sure that when some one select form and set all values while opening values should come with selected form only(not preferred form).

Netsuite provide functionality to store reference for form on Record, there is a checkbox with label "Store Form with Record" . If this checkbox is checked then form will always open if user selected same form while creation or update.



 While Form is preferred is used to open record with this form on create mode or if no other form is having "Store Form With Record" checked.
