Other Change Item

Other Charge Item

Hi All,

Netsuite have different types of items like Assembly, Non Inventory, Inventory items etc, but there is one item which is not categorized in all main item types. That item is Other Charge Item, this item is use to define
items or service that does not fall under other item types.
Example:
  1. Company got some inventory as free while purchasing in wholesale but selling to make profit (like boxes)
  2. Paid extra for some urgent delivery/service (like during rush hours) etc.

To create Other Charge Item:
1. go to Lists>Accounting>Items>New
2. Under Other charge item
3. Select any a)For Purchase b) For Sale c) for Resale

**** If Advance billing and advance shipping option is enabled, status of item can be determined by checking/unchecking "Can be Fulfilled/Received" box on each item record
