Cash Sale: (Internal id: cashsale)

A cash sale is a transaction that records the sale of goods or services for which you receive immediate
payment. Use cash sale when payment for goods or services has been received at the time of delivery.
You can think this way, a cash sale is combination of Invoice and Payment:
CASH SALE = INVOICE+PAYMENT

Cash Sale record also have item sub-list and looks almost same as Sales Order.

User can create a standalone Cash Sale record as well Cash Sale from Sales Order.
 Please Note: E commerce company use usually use Sales order > Item Fulfillment > Cash Sale
as they receive payment at the time of delivery or before delivery.

Cash Sale UI with Body Fields

 If you are creating Cash Sale from Sales Order, then Cash Sale's body field and lines with populate with
data from Sales Order automatically. Please note, lines populate based on fulfillment.
If you are creating Standalone Cash Sale record then you have to enter Body fields as well as line item fields.

 ** When cash sale record is used, there will be customer payment record for related cash sale record.
**** If you are NGO which is Not-TO-Profit:
   For Creating Cash Donation:  use Enter Donation | Cash Sales
   For Creating Merchendise sale: use Enter Donation | Cash Sales and Set the Revenue Type
                                                    for each item to Sale of Goods.

Cash Sale have 4 types or Sublist :
    1. Items
    2. Billable Expenses
    3. Billable Items
    4. Billable Time

Customization:
   Cash Sale record can be customized fully, user can
    1. Create/Apply Field (Transaction Body Fields and Transaction Line Fields)
    2. Create Forms
    3. Create custom record and attach it to cash sale.
    4. All Client side and Server side script supported
    5. Workflow is supported
    6. Import is supported.
