Create AR Aging Report using saved search
Hi,
Welcome to Netsuite guru blog, in today's blog we are going to discuss about creating AR Aging report.
On customer record, under Financial
Fields like:
Current , 1-30 Days, 31-60 Days, 61-90 Days and above 90 Days are not accessible.
To create report and get value as showing in these fields steps as follow:
Step 1: navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
Step 2: Select Transaction.
Step 3: Enter a Search Title.
Step 4: Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab, enter the following filters:
i) Account Type = is Accounts Receivable
ii) Posting = is True
iii) Date = is on or before (click Custom > Day > Today)
iv) Amount Remaining = is not equal to 0.00
Step 5:
Under Results tab > Columns subtab, enter the fields as mentioned in this link. :
Step 6: Optional: Under Available Filters tab, add Date ,Name and set Show In Filter Region = True
Step 7: Click Save & Run

DeleteIs there a way to modify this aging so it can be run as an as of date aging? Basically I would like to use this report, but to run an aging 6 months in the past. When I change the date to 6 months in the past it is showing activity within the last 6 months thus lessening the Aging balance.
