How to use Netsuite's Message Record?

Dear Reader,

Netsuite allows user to send/accept emails as well as keep track of it. Netsuite use Message record to
record each email which comes into system as well as go out. Any related emails are automatically attached to the same record as well as to any recipients of the original email.

You can not access message record directly using Tabs but you can search message record using saved search. Messages sublist under Communication Tab refer to message record but not all fields are visible.

All server side scripts are able to access Message record, you can write user event or scheduled script on
Message Record easily.

Sample Project:
If company have any event in coming days and want to add marketing pdf to all emails going out, then
you can use user event to add pdf in outgoing emails.

Similarly, message record can be used for many purpose, reporting etc.
