SuiteSolutions - Consolidated Invoicing

In this post, we are going to discuss about CI Consolidated Invoice's Suite Solution (Bundle Name: SuiteSolutions - Consolidated Invoicing).

Consolidate Invoice: A consolidated invoice is when you bill a client for all the work completed over a predetermined period of time. This feature is useful to generate one combined invoice for all invoices.

Netsuite Bundle have few important components:

1.CI - Task : This record gets created through Consolidate Customer Invoices screen, it store Map Reduce Id and deployment id.

2. Consolidated Invoicing Setup : This record define set up for consolidation of Invoices.

3. CI - Record : This is list of all CI - Consolidated Invoice.

4. CI - Layout - This record stores Advanced PDF file, Saved searches and PDFs format.

5. Consolidate Customer Invoices: User can select invoices based on filter on this screen. Once user submit record , it creates CI - Task and process.
