Coupa: Business Spend Management Tool

Coupa:
Coupa is Cloud Platform for Business Spend, we can also use this for Travel and Expense Management, Procurement, and Invoicing. Coupa, compared to Netsuite, is really simple tool yet it is very useful.

Flow start from Netsuite to Coupa to Netsuite. Initially vendors sync from Netsuite to Coupa, all subsidiaries, departments, locations,class etc comes from Netsuite to Coupa. You can create invoice in Coupa, assign tax code, locations, subsidiaries, add lines, check sync to Netsuite checkbox and save. Once saved , Netsuite script will pick invoices and create vendor bill in Netsuite. 

Coupa has Netsuite bundle, it has scripts which periodically sync Netsuite > Coupa > Netsuite.
