Making path for people you manage

Hi,

You might work under many managers, you might be influence by many qualities of your managers.A good manager is one who not only grow team, help company but also who can make path for his team members.

Most manager ignore this and try not to change structure as much as possible. This can help in delivering task on time but can increase frustration among team member.   Making path does not mean to promote every one every year but working on what he/she can do or understanding potential of any employee and utilize it or helping employee in their shortcomings. 

Making proper path is only possible if you have a good team, avoid over hiring/firing, understanding what your team can achieve over a period of time.
