Netsuite Search is opening the record it self when there is one result. How to fix this?

Hi All,

while making reports, most of the times situation comes where there is only one record is result BUT
netsuite is not showing columns ,inspite of this showing record it self.

How to deal with this?

Like mentioned in previous post, go to Set Preference and then click on Analytics Tab,

There you will see one checkbox field "Show List When Only One Result"

Click this checkbox and next time on-wards you will see columns you mentioned in search result if 1 result is satisfying criteria.
